Time Cheongdam Flagship BuildingSeoul2025

TIME Seoul reinterprets the image of natural landscapes beneath an open sky, integrating light, water, greenery, and carefully
curated materials into a vertical architectural sequence. Custom ceramics inspired by traditional Korean kiwa tiles and a luminous
glass block façade articulate a building that is both tactile and atmospheric.
Organised as a continuous journey from ground to roof, the interior unfolds through monolithic volumes, layered materiality,
and shifting light. The Welcome Lounge, upper-level café, and biodiverse rooftop garden together offer a vertical experience
that connects the city to nature, creating a place defined by quality, longevity, and repeated discovery.
